At Christmas, though I am a hopeless guitarist at best, my wife bought me a beautiful 1968 12-String Gibson acoustic guitar. After the shock, I began strumming away and wanted to write a tune on it that in some way reflected the late 60s, early 70s era. Back then of course there was The Sandman, The Nowhere Man, Old Man and the Tin Man (I'm sure a bunch of others I'm not thinking of) so the song became the Mirror Man. I posted a real rough demo with just me singing and the guitar. Somehow Andy saw something in it and was instrumental in actually making it sound like a song. His guidance through the whole process was sensational. Cyclone added much needed real acoustic playing before Bobby stepped up to the plate to add electric guitar magic. Then Ken capped it all off adding sensational drum tracks. As always, Steffen worked tirelessly and incredibly patiently to make the whole project come to life. He really is a very talented fellow. This to me was a wonderful collaboration and I feel privileged to be a part of it, never being a real musician myself. This is the longest post I have ever written so excuse my indulgence. A huge thanks to each of the guys.

Mirror Man (Lyrics Errol)
Who are you
Mr Mirror Man?
You hide from us all behind your glass wall
Just tell me what's your plan?
When you're alone
Do you disappear
Through a secret door from which you explore
An alternate new frontier
Mr Mirror Man, Mr Mirror Man
Do you reflect me
Or do I reflect you?
You move when I move
But who's following who?
Mr Mirror Man
As you turn your cheek
Do you battle back fears, fight your own tears
Are there dreams that you seek?
You look older than me
Mr Mirror Man
But are you so wise I can trust your advice
When you offer a helping hand?
Mr Mirror Man
