here's my second completed collab. it started out with a PVD lyric. after reading it the main riff in this popped into my head. a little rearranging & some help from the crew listed below & bada bing we ended up with a pretty cool rocker --- at least i think so.

NOTE: there are two mixes. one from Steffen & one from myself.
I would appreciate some constructive criticism on my mix as I am new to this aspect of music.

Hi Mark,

Great track  good to see it completed!!

Both mixes are good - yours has more of a "live and dirty" feel with loads of energy, so its all good. Maybe the vocal track could have been treated a bit, the levels keep going up and down. The piano is masked at places. But its all a matter of personal taste.

Steffen's mix is more precise, addressed the above issues, maybe lacks a bit of bottom end (or the high end is a tad high), but then it boils to listening preferences.

The guitars are particularly nice!

This is the first time I've listened to this song but I've seen the title whenever I've logged on lately and it's made me smile. Great to hear it as a finished work. Incredible to think this is a collab from people all over the world. Sounds great and like a band that's been together for years.

This is a fun song, glad it found it's way to the finished forum.  Great job Mark and Steffen on the mix and Holger sounds so natural on this.

Great song and glad this made it to the finish line. Reminds me a lot of the Scorpions. Both mixes sound great, just a slight nod to Steffens mix as it is more accurate and blends the low end better. Rock On!!

Thanks for letting me do a mix of this great song too, Mark. It wasn't easy, but it was fun. Great lyrics, as usual, Paul, and Holger's vocals are perfect for it. The same holds for the drums, bass and guitars (very catchy). This is like a forgotten treasure from the 70s.

I am thankful to have found this site and you folks to help bring music back to a fun spot in my life.
I hope to get better at the production end of it.
All the performances were excellent.
And yeah it does have the feel of a band...without all the drama.

I too kept seeing this song's title scrolling past me , it's one of the titles that sticks in your head.

It's a really rollicking good track....a godd vibe and lot's of energy, nice to hear Holger on the lead vox too - It's been a while....some awesome guitar playing.

I've only listened to the mixes on headphones , I thought Mark's had a bit more vibe and Steffens was more precise & compact.  Couldn't really pick a favourite.

They may translate differently to the monitors though.
