Ok, here we have a pretty simple rocker!
Constructed by Tricia & Glummi,
conducted by: Tricia: Vox // Henry: Guitar Solo // Mark: Guitar Solo // Glummi: Guitars, Bass, Drums, Mix
A word about the guitarwork: if anything sounds a little weird or so, blame it on me- Henry and Mark did great jobs on this and they granted me permission to cut and glue around a bit... So I Frankensteied the leads and solo out of their seps...Thanks to Tricia, Henry and Mark for their great contributions and remarkable quick reaction times that made this collab really smooth and always ongoing!
Isn't it Time to Rock and Roll
(c)2012 Tricia41
tell me baby is is Saturday yet
been waiting, chomping at the bit
me and the boys will be hittin the stage
doing what we do, being all the rage
..
I been good and my work is done
is it go time? I'm ready for fun
we'll be pumped, dressed to the nines
looking so good, feeling better than fine
chorus:
strap it on, plug it in,
let me come alive again
turn me up, free my soul
isn't it time to rock and roll
time is right to be rocking the house
a storm's been brewing and we're letting it out
electric strings at my fingertips
driving emotion moving past my lips
strap it on, plug it in,
let me come alive again
turn me up,now free my soul
isn't it time to rock and roll
solo
a sea of people can't keep head still
power in the rhythm takes their will
melodies soar above a hard bottom end
making everybody your new best friend
strap it on, plug it in,
let me come alive again
turn me up,now free my soul
isn't it time to rock and roll
