On an unrelated note, I always thought my grandfather George Walsh had more than a passing similarity to Billy. This pic from 1939 of George, also could be a dead ringer for my friend Thomas Dunne.

It's actually a Penny whistle which is used a lot in Irish music. You can get them in various keys. The bagpipes at the end were purely to evoke visuals of misty mountain vistas from the "old country".
John - Don't worry, I too make breakfast for my wife not the other way round. Mind you, I do all the cooking in our house (I'm actually a qualified chef.....I should have kept quiet about that)
