In our last report, 1849000345 & 346, (see file marked "machine"), it has been determined by field officer, Lieutenant, "C" (cn), (nicotine), Dept., "Internal Terror and Domestic Threats", case subjects, Williams, Gupta, Docca, Bremer and Stoman.

C: is in possesion of (machine) operational plans and has inserted the proper dis-information counter-measures.

C: further recommends subjects be labeled "threat" of highest national importance, and subject to immediate termination.

C: is seeking approval to execute plan (cn) "iron insect" to deal with any continuing domestic threat.
