This has got to be one of the most fun sounding, energetic foot stomping tunes this site has ever produced...fantastic job guys!
If Nashville still had integrity instead of pushing the video friendly white country versions of Rhianna, they'd be pushing stuff like this out of the studios...absolutely awesome! Has a real Gerry Reed kind of vibe to it...real pro job by all!

Jay - I'm sure you're just being yourself, but you're also being VERY modest about your talents (IMHO if even need to throw that in).  I've had the fortune to play some of major league kick ass players and I know my place in the music world even if I don't agree with it...LOL

I've decided to not post all I was just typing here, but I'll start a new thread elsewhere on the site if anyone wants to read what I have to say.

Thanks Jay and even though we literally did not work together, I certainly appreciate the opportunity and wonderful encouragement I've gotten from everyone involved with this project.  All those "live" tracks were completed and I just did what I could to best drum to that whole live feel thing happening.  The "live" part was easy as I do play out very often in the local bar & club scene.  I just closed my eyes and imagined what I would do if I were the drummer for this HOT Nashville band performing in front of a large live crowd. 
Maybe if I kept my eyes open, Bill wouldn't have had to cut and paste several sections of my drum track.  LOL
I hope there will be more!!

I'll just say this - if anyone would like to try ANY type of project that could have the potential for being as marketable as Hound Dog, please count me in.

I don't sing worth a crap so I have to rely on those who can in order to get anything remotely commercialy working.

I'm game for this to continue or some other project that could be done as well and marketable.

Yep! The Prophet speaks!!! "Break With Protocol" is a MC Classic for sure!!!

As far as other projects are concerned, I'm gonna have to wrap up what I have open and call it quits for awhile. Hand is really painful lately. I hate playing when I go to grab a chord or a note and fire shoots up to my elbow!! It is really a hinderance.
Gonna see a doc and take a rest and see what happens.
But you guys feel free to persue more live tunes and I'll be in the audience cheering you on!! 
But if I get some relief, I'll be back with a vengence!!!

Been off the site awhile and just realized that tunes like this is what MC and online collaboration is all about. Very good production and the live feel and Todd great vocals.
