Doc, sorry for asking this 'cause I just dunno...
... I don't have EZ drumer but I saw it working... From what I understood, you load it in your DAW and then you drag the patterns into it. What's the need for that EZ player?

Sorry, just asking 'cause I can edit all the midi tracks in my DAW, don't need extra software.

I've mixed them a whole bunch of times ;)
Must have been fun. I love their music, and I wonder why nobody knows them (at least here in Germany).

Regards,
  Steffen

Right! I`ve never heard of them before. Any links to their music????

Hmmm... I'm sure it was something to do with your cubase version. I saw the patterns being dropped always in the same midi track
Live the best you can 'cause you're gonna be dead for a long time.

Hi, Doc!

Right! I`ve never heard of them before. Any links to their music????

Just ask Auntie Google! ;)

There are videos on YouTube (bad quality though). Check out "The King Of Spain", "The Gulf War Song", or "Stuck In The 90s"!

Regards,
  Steffen
Always looking for opportunities to mix your songs. Feel free to ask!

Posting how I use ezdrummer in Reaper in case anyone wants to know.

------------------------------------------------------------

Here is how I use virtual keyboard in reaper.

open new project...click on track in top menu and add new track.

click on FX button on the actual track itsself and add ezdrummer.

On the track click on the "ar" button and then turn on the monitor button to the right of "ar" button.

Now click on the black bar where it shows numbers and -inf

Choose midi input and then virtual midi keyboard...I choose all channels

Now go back to top menu at top of page and click on view and click on view virtual midi keyboard.

now click on virtual keyboard using mouse...if you can hear sound you can now use computer keyboard.

When recording remember to click on virtual keyboard before using computer keyboard...that way seems to work all the time.

------------------------------------------

basically hit record then press mouse on virtual keyboard then you can use computer keyboard after that.
