You stand so brave and strong
Yet I know your knees are weak
You have an edge in your voice
Though I sense fear as you speak
It's hard to face this tough time
One few of us have known
Know we're all in your shadow
And you're not facing it alone

And if the nights get too dark
Let our love be the spark
Let it light the way
Feel the warmth inside
Every step you climb
Know you're going to find
We're always at your side
At your side

And every now and then
Maybe let your guard down
Because every now and then
We like your softer side around

If the nights get too dark
Let our love be the spark
Let it light the way
Feel the warmth inside
Every step you climb
Know you're going to find
We're always at your side

And yes, every day is a beautiful day
When we hear you say
Yes, it's a good good morning

So, if the nights get too dark
Let our love be the spark
Let it light the way
Feel the warmth inside
Every step you climb
Know you're going to find
We're always at your side
At your side.

Well done to all involved, a very good production and I hope the power of the music works a little magic.

We never finish a mix... we simply abandon them.
You can't polish a turd, but you can always spray paint it GOLD
Great songs are not written, they are re-witten

First of all allow me to thank everyone on this piece, it was in deed a labor of love and I appreciate the sentiment and participation from all.
(Love the Sax add, thanks Pete) A special thanks to Billy and Tric for your hard work in seeing this to completion.  This is a special community.

My sister is hanging in there, still on Chemo treatment and transfusions, but she is strong and has a large family and strong support.

I forwarded this to her today along with all the credits to let her know that others have been thinking of her too.

Thanks sincerely.

Paul

this turned out so beautiful. Great job all!!!!!!  Glad to be part of something that means so much to a lil ol soul like myself.  This is so wonderful to be a part of.  thankyou for letting me give back to others what I had so many give to myself through my own struggle.

Great job all... I just noticed this one while doing a search... this has a nice "Phil Collins" kind of production feel to it... J

All:

After a rough time my sister died today.  I was able to see her last month with my daughter to say farewell.  Now, there will be a gathering in Seattle, Washington of the large Dempsey clan to celebrate my sister's life.  The first of eight to depart.  This song will be played many times!

I wanted to again thank everyone for there participation in allowing me to express my feelings for her in a special way.

You are now all part of it and I appreciate it so much.

Paul

Paul,

I am sorry to learn of your (and your family's) loss, please accept my deepest condolences.

Yes, it was a great gesture on part of the compassionate folks at MCS, to come up with this song, and I hope it helped a little....

Andy
