It simply translates as "This is fantastic". It's Traditional Chinese. BTW - I don't claim to speak Chinese I just used a decent translation tool (man, what a fraud  )

She did Billy...   Bish them, Bash them, Bosh them.....   I think that's it as far as Millwall lyrics are concerned
