If I don't tell anyone otherwise, they always ask me where I played to such a large crowd and when I did thid and with whom.

I wish I could make up some cool BS story, but I tell them the truth and that gets a eyebrow raising look especially when I tell then that none of us played in the same place or at the same time and we are even from several different countries!!

Hey I just heard this for the first time , you really nailed the live vibe  - not bad for a bunch of musicians spread around the globe  >:D

Great vibe , enjoyed the listen...of course you negelected to put the part in where the singer made the P.A. feedback and the bass player stepped on someones instrument cable.

CD
We never finish a mix... we simply abandon them.
You can't polish a turd, but you can always spray paint it GOLD
Great songs are not written, they are re-witten

Got a couple of reviews at garageband that I thought were both entertaining!! (one good, one bad) But both were very entertaining and had to share the chuckle!!

Alpo commercial sounds like the Dead?
"Country?" Really, it sounds like a rip off of "Alabama Getaway" by the Grateful Dead. The vocals are obviously a bit more twangy, but they seem steeped in cliche, with the references to hound dogs and the half-spoken, half-sung delivery that reminds everyone of Waylon Jennings. It's ok and the performance is strong but I can't see many people really finding much value in it because of the subject matter. I mean, what kind of product are you selling, Alpo?

Good beat! Skynnard style
I like your song. You sing your hound dog song very well with feeling and lots of emotion keeping it interesting for people to keep on listning to. The lyrics tell a good story and you have a hook line. The music to me is what makes your song. Wow ! the musicians are playing very well They know song structure. They play with such dynamics and emotion keeping the melody flowing in perfect time. They know what playing parts is all about. Are you playing live or is this a audience sound track? I can't tell, the production is that good. Well balanced and clear. Good show song!!!!

Don't listen to that first review :) That guy has obviously not heard that song and/or is high. Alabama Getaway is NOTHING like Hound Dog. Just my two cents  >:D

That first review is nonsense IMO. Envy?

This is one of the strongest songs I've heard here.

I like to listen to bad reviews and they always lead me to the same thought...

1-They got no clue
2-They got no clue
3-They got no clue
Live the best you can 'cause you're gonna be dead for a long time.

It just figures that a STUPID review comes from Los Angeles, CA, USA!!!   >:(  >:(
What an idiot!!   >:(  >:(  Some people should NOT be allowed to say or write anything about ANYTHING until they can prove their IQ level is higher than my shoe size!!!

Thank god the dude in Tennessee understood the song and gave a very objective a fair (IMHO) review of the song.

Thanks for sharing Bill!!

I didn't find that review all that bad,... it was more funny than anything.  After all,.. who said we were selling anything in the first place. ;)

Just a bunch of musicians (mostly rock) experimenting with some great riffs and a fake audience! ;D

If you ever want your music bashed just post it at GarageBand. That place is a joke.  ;D Just a bunch of musicians bashing each others songs. You'll rarely get a real review of any depth. The odd person will comment with a bit of thought. I should post another there just for shits and grins.  >:D

It would be cool if Alpo or Purina used this for a commercial.  ;D The tune rocks. Sounds like everyone is having fun. The mix is really good. That's all that counts. Todd rocks vocally !!  8)
